Opening Ceremony of the Exhibition Electric Dreams

The exhibition Electric Dreams, supervised by Oleg Makarov, opened in the Moscow Conservatory’s Artemyev space as part of the Third Multimedia Contemporary Music Festival Biomechanics. The Russian premiere of Table Talk, Andreas Eduardo Frank’s composition for two performers, video and electronics, was presented on the opening program of the exhibition. The performers are soloists of the CEAM Artists group. The exhibition will run until 15 March 2024.

The Lavrovskys Laboratories association presents an interactive performance “The Workshop of Drosselmeyer, the Wizard”: a ballet fairy tale, set to music by Tchaikovsky, will tell children the Nutcracker’s famous story. A group of ballet dancers, together with the Fiori musicali Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Klimenty Katenin, take part in the performance on the stage of the Rachmaninoff Hall.
